Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL. Due to sanitary and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.  

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order details, including size, color, and shipping information before completing their purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged. 

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen , or damaged packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that your delivery location is secure. If any issues occur during transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATIONS

Due to high demand or occasional glitches, there may be rare instances where an order cannot be confirmed or is automatically cancelled. In these instances, the order will be fully refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. 

DAMAGES ITEMS POLICY

If your item(s) arrive damaged, we sincerely apologize in advance. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. 

If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at sdl.apparelshop@gmail.com within 3–5 business days of delivery.

In your email, please include the following information: 

  1. Order Number

  2. First and Last Name used on the order

  3. Clear photo(s) of the damaged item

Once we have received and reviewed your email, our team will assess the situation and respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
